After achieving first class honours in fine art and sculpture at St Martins Gemma launched her own restaurant and event venue at 23. From the first rung of her career ladder she has always been fearlessly entrepreneurial, commercially minded and creative.

A natural progression into the world of events began as Gemma sold her restaurant business in her late 20’s and cut her teeth in precision planning and guest experience running a highly sought after private manor house and adjacent award winning pub nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds. Planning and delivering a wide range of prestigious events from PR experiences for big brands, shoot location days and royal birthday parties to corporate festivals and off sites for the likes of Lily Allen, Jamie Dornan and the BBC.

Fast forward a few years and the pull of the big city and big brands gravitated Gemma to London where she transitioned over to agency side. Managing teams in the corporate sector travelling all over the world delivering events for the likes of Merck, Allen & Overy and L’oreal. Following news in 2015 the agency was looking to expand into North America, Gemma successfully secured the promotion as VP North America and emigrated to New York City establishing and scaling the new division.

After 6 years in the role and numerous enviable contracts pitched and won, delivering creative content and event experiences for a huge range of clients from Apple to KPMG, Nike to ViacomCBS, (along with a half English, half American baby boy) Gemma returned to the green grass of home to begin her next chapter, joining the senior leadership team within a full service create agency and technical event production company designing and delivering awe inspiring global projects for LinkedIn, Panasonic and even winning the contract to be one of the few event production companies to be involved in Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool.
